Bag Your Laundry for Pick-Up
Prior to pick up, please have your laundry secured in closed bags (plastic, cloth, laundry, etc are okay) and at the door ready for pick up. You are encouraged to leave your laundry outside for a contactless pickup but if you would like someone to come to your door, please indicate this in the instructions.
Confirm the Delivery
When your laundry order is complete, you will receive a text message that says, "Your Laundry is Ready". Please click on the link to confirm your delivery. Your laundry will not be delivered without your confirmation.
